100Kin10, which unites the nation’s top academic institutions, nonprofits, foundations, companies, and government agencies to address the nation’s STEM teacher shortage, is is growing and hiring for two leadership opportunities. The organization is on track to meet their goal of getting 100,000 excellent STEM teachers into the classroom and is in the process of defining its strategic direction for the next 10 years.
These newly created roles at 100Kin10 will report to the Executive Director and will sit on the management team, which sets the strategic direction of the organization. 100Kin10 is offering a referral bonus of $1,500. Chief People Officer:
This person will continue the organization’s work in becoming a place where everyone on the 100Kin10 team feels a sense of true belonging and inclusivity with an explicit focus on racial justice. This is a new position which will report to the Executive Director and is responsible for leading hiring, onboarding, and supporting the growth of our staff in a way that centers racial justice.
